Growing up on the prairies teaches us strong ethics and determination. She is proud of her two grown children, and is happy that she has had the opportunity to live from coast to coast and in-between because of military posting transfers. She has experienced a lot of different homes and places, but is very pleased to call Regina her forever home.

The collaborative spirit is nothing new to Kayla Volk, as she has always enjoyed being part of a team in her past working roles in administration and managing, as well as on her sports teams growing up. She thrives on shared energy, coming together as one, and sharing innovative insights to accomplish all goals and tasks. As a proud member of the Bendz Real Estate family, Kayla carries the values of hard work, integrity, and outstanding client service into everything she does. With a passion for service and a drive to get things done, Kayla is the perfect person to keep our social media platforms up to trend and help our day-to-day operations running smooth.
Kayla studied Business Administration and graduated with honours at Saskpolytech, where she advananced her prior knowledge and eight years experience in the administrative field. In 2020, she started her new path in the Real Estate industry. She feels Real Estate is the perfect fit for her as a career path, to combine her interior design and photography passions and administrative background all into one. Passionate about home design and exceptional customer service Kayla has continued to leverage her know-how and experience to exceed her team's expectations.
Born and raised in Regina, Kayla knows the in’s and out’s of the city and provides knowledge of the areas and communities that this wonderful city has to offer. When Kayla isn’t behind a desk helping make your home ownership dreams come true, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends playing board games and watching her favourite tv shows. Or you may find her on outdoor adventures with her pups Zeus and Ollie, or traveling across the world!

Brandon Kayter is a small-town boy at heart, with a work ethic to prove it. His time growing up in rural Saskatchewan and being raised by entrepreneurial parents has given him a strong sense of community & customer service. His previous hockey career programmed him to always be a team-focused person. He couldn’t be happier to be a part of the Bendz Real Estate Group.; Brandon brings a sense of energy and focus to his clients ensuring they receive the ultimate buying or selling experience. Brandon enjoys swinging clubs at golf courses all around the province, is a huge fishing enthusiast with his own outdoors brand and brings a background in digital marketing — which is an asset to his clients. He also actively invests in real estate and resides in Pilot Butte with his wife Brooklynn and their pitbull Bailey. Having grown up in Regina, Ciara appreciates the charm that makes the Queen City what it is. She initially began working in the housing industry in property management, where she discovered her love for helping others, all while offering an exceptional customer service experience. Now, she looks after all of our transactions to ensure our agents can provide our clients with exceptional experiences that simplify the real estate process from start to finish.
Ciara has a deep-rooted love for all things tech and creativity and a passion for photography. In addition, she is pursuing a BA in English Honours, bringing a unique blend of creativity and communication skills to the team.
Ciara’s favourite saying is, “Work hard, play hard,” and she believes that the Bendz Group thoroughly exemplifies this expression. Her upbeat and energetic personality is a perfect fit for our dynamic and collaborative team!
